The TRIIM HGH Age Reversal Study used the following cocktail of medicines and dietary supplements:

Let’s just put this into some perspective. In the course of normal aging, a year goes by and your biological age increases by a year. That’s normal aging. There’s been this theoretical concept of longevity escape velocity out there in which a year goes by and your biology doesn’t change.
In other words, you are able to completely escape from aging. You’re the same age that you were before, therefore you’ve escaped from aging. Trim and Trim X went beyond that. After one year of treatment in their trial, the men and women were one and a half years younger than they were when they started treatment.

Optimal Dosage of HGH for Anti-Aging

HGH & Thymus
HGH is an abbreviation for human growth hormone. The growth hormone is a regenerative hormone that promotes the growth and regeneration of cells. The Thymus is the master gland of your immune system. It is located directly beneath your breastbone. It manufactures t-cells. T-cells help protect the body against illnesses including viruses and cancers.
As we age, the thymus begins to gradually degrade. Active healthy thymus tissue begins to diminish and get replaced by useless (unhealthy) fat. Hence, t-cells diminish and immunity is weakened.
From age 62 to 72, it is estimated that you lose approximately 98% of your capacity to fight off disease as measured by thymus function.
The TRIIM Protocol was designed by Dr. Fahy to study 9 adults for thymus regeneration using human growth hormone, metformin, DHEA, vitamin D, and zinc. The beneficial effects of growth hormone on aging cell regeneration have been documented since the 1990s, but Dr. Fahy is the first to publish a specific cocktail of medicines and dietary supplements to enhance the HGH replacement therapy.
HGH & Metformin
Metformin is a widely used medication for diabetes. Metformin helps to reduce insulin resistance. Additionally, it has long been considered an anti-aging medicine and is being studied for its longevity effects on its own.
The advantage of metformin in combination with HGH is it is believed to attenuate the insulin effect of growth hormone supplementation. Since growth hormone increases the body’s insulin-like growth factor levels, metformin is believed to offer some benefits in combination with growth hormone therapy in adults.
Because metformin may offer its own anti-aging benefits and has been prescribed safely for decades, it is well suited as an addition to standalone HGH therapy.
Adult Growth Hormone Age Limit
There is no growth hormone age limit for adults. Age Metrics Medical uses blood biomarkers obtained through periodic blood tests to determine if treatment is warranted. Does HGH Increase Cancer Risk?

By increasing thymus function, risk factors for cancer may actually decrease in adults following the TRIIM protocol.
The TRIIM study also showed an increase in LMR. LMR is another biomarker linked to certain cancers. By increasing one’s LMR, it has been shown to improve outcomes for some with certain cancers.
